Our Doctors


All our doctors are fellows of the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practice).  Upon completion of their medical training they have all undertaken further training in the specialty of general practice.


Doctor Jacci Downey

Dr Jacci graduated from The University of Adelaide in 2005, and worked at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Women’s and Children’s Hospital before commencing General Practice Training in 2008.

Dr Jacci completed specialist training as a General Practitioner in 2010, and has also has worked in the field of skin cancer screening and management for the last 8 years.  She is interested in all aspects of General Practice, including Women’s Health and Mental Health.  She believes in a holistic non-judgmental approach to a person’s health and well-being.

When not at work, Dr Jacci enjoys gardening, aquarium keeping, art, and going on adventures with her two dogs.


Doctor Niamh Devlin

MB BCh BAO, MICGP, FRACGP, Dip. Therapeutics

Hailing from Ireland, Dr Niamh graduated with honours from University College Dublin in 2003. Working both at home and in Australia, she completed her GP training in 2009, settling in Adelaide in 2012.

Dr Niamh enjoys all aspects of General Practice, treating patients of every age. With a focus on collaboration, she likes to empower individuals to make informed choices, promoting self-ownership of health and wellbeing.

Since moving to Australia, Dr Niamh has undertaken further training in dermatology and skin cancer medicine. She is accredited to provide shared antenatal care and insert and remove Implanon.

Outside work, Dr Niamh enjoys walking, jogging, good food and exploring Adelaide’s best playgrounds with her young children.

Doctor Jeremy Cho

 Dr Jeremy graduated from Flinders University in 2008 and undertook several years of surgical training. He gained experience in trauma, plastic/reconstructive surgery and orthopaedics especially, working throughout Adelaide hospitals and also Alice Springs. Although he found this work fulfilling, the lack of holistic patient care in surgery and the impact on family life drew him to general practice.

Dr Jeremy has a passion for comprehensive, whole family medical care. Dr Jeremy loves seeing patients of all ages – from babies to the elderly. He believes in empowering patients to make informed health decisions and supporting them in the treatment of both acute and chronic disease.

Dr Jeremy has a special interest in men’s health, musculoskeletal/sports injury, skin cancer medicine and chronic disease.

Dr Jeremy is accredited to insert and remove Implanon and is experienced in minor surgical procedures and wound care.

 Doctor Chong Han Lim (Han)

Dr Lim is a creative, dynamic, proactive GP with a sincere personality and excellent communication skills. He grew up in Singapore and moved to Adelaide where he attended Adelaide University Medical School and graduated in 2009. He started his general practice training in Tumby Bay in 2012 and gained his specialist qualification in 2014. He then stayed on to serve the Tumby Bay community.  In 2018, Dr Lim moved back to Adelaide to undertake advanced training in palliative care.

Dr Lim has also undertaken further training in minor surgical procedures, mental health, dermatology, child health, rural medicine and aesthetic medicine. He enjoys teaching registrars and is an examiner with the RACGP. Dr Lim enjoys seeing patients of all ages to provide comprehensive care.

Outside of work he enjoys chilling with his dog, Donut. He also spends much of his spare time cooking, eating, watching movies, experimental gardening and when possible, traveling.


sarahsibsonDoctor Sarah Sibson

Dr Sarah grew up in Seattle, Washington, and returned to Australia to study medicine.  She graduated from Flinders University with degrees in Medical Science (2005) and Medicine (2009).  She completed her FRACGP Fellowship in 2015 and now examines for college assessments.

Dr Sarah has a particular interest in Women’s Health, having worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Women’s & Children’s Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre, before entering GP specialist training.  She is accredited to provide GP Obstetric Shared Care and is a certified provider for the insertion and removal of Implanon implants and intrauterine devices (eg Mirena).  Dr Sarah has additional interests in Paediatrics and Travel Medicine, and assists in surgery across the private hospitals of Adelaide.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, playing music and writing fiction.


 Doctor Dalini Selvam

MBBS, DCH, DRANZCOG, FRACGP

Dr Dalini moved to Adelaide from Singapore and graduated from Adelaide University Medical School in 2009. She spent a few years undertaking training in various SA hospitals but was quickly drawn to the variety, patient centered and collaborative nature of General Practice.

Dr Dalini has a special interest in women’s and children’s health and wellbeing. She is accredited to insert and remove Implanon and Mirena devices and is an antenatal shared care provider. A believer in life long learning, she is currently working towards formal qualifications in lactation medicine and infant sleep and settling

Dr Dalini has been an examiner for the RACGP since 2015 and enjoys teaching and supervising registrars.

She spends her spare time listening to audiobooks on a range of different genres and building Lego models with her children. She can assemble flat packed furniture and recite the alphabet backwards.

Dr Kristin graduated with honours from Flinders University in 2009. Her hospital based training was completed at the Lyell McEwin Hospital, where she undertook an extended term in obstetrics and gynaecology. She also completed a term in paediatrics and gained a Diploma in Child Health from the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

Dr Kristin enjoys working with patients to optimise their health. She strives to develop a shared management approach, with a strong evidence base. She loves the continuity of care, and helping you reach your health goals.

Dr Kristin has a special interest in women’s health, obstetrics shared care, paediatrics and adolescent health.

Prior to her medical training, Dr Kristin worked in clinical research, having completed a Masters of Public Health and a PhD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Adelaide. She continues to have a keen interest in medical research.

Dr Kristin is accredited to provide obstetric shared care and to insert and remove Implanon and intrauterine devices (Mirena and copper).

Dr Emily graduated from Flinders University before undertaking further training and work in both metropolitan and rural South Australia. She enjoys working in all areas of general practice and with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Dr Emily loves the continuity of care that general practice provides. She enjoys working with her patients to maximise their health, provide comprehensive care, prevent serious disease and ensure that they understand both the health problem and the required treatment. Dr Emily enjoys working with people with chronic conditions to help them minimise the impact of the condition on their life.

She has special interests in women’s health and contraception and has completed further training in these areas with a diploma of child health, certificate of sexual health and reproductive health and certificate of women’s health.

Dr Emily is accredited to insert and remove Implanon.
