Doctor Brett Goodsall

Dr Brett graduated from Flinders University in 2015 and completed his intern and residency years at Royal Adelaide, Queen Elizabeth, Lyell McEwin and Modbury hospitals. His general practice training took him to Melbourne before completing his specialist rural general practice training in the Victorian High Country where he undertook extended skills in Alpine Medicine. Highlights of his medical training include time in Alice Springs and East Arnhem Land.

Prior to medicine he was an ambulance paramedic.

Dr Brett enjoys all aspects of general practice with special interests in family medicine, children’s medicine, men’s health, complex chronic care, dermatology and skin cancer medicine including surgical management, sexual health and is a PrEP prescriber.

Outside of work Dr Brett is an avid bike rider and enjoys backcountry skiing. He has a refrigerator-shaped Labrador and together they enjoy sampling a variety of cuisines from all over the world and swimming in the ocean.
Currently Dr Brett is increasing his knowledge of renewable energies and is committed to sustainable living.

Doctor Ingrid Jourdan-Astier

Dr Ingrid has been working in Emergency Medicine and General Practice in France. She is qualified in Emergency Medicine, Disaster Medicine and General Practice over there.  

She has been working within the Royal Adelaide Hospital Emergency Department for several years. She joined the Australian GP specialist training program as she enjoys the adrenaline rush, but has a special interest in preventing, anticipating the avoidable.

Dr Ingrid strongly believes in teamwork with her patients and shares her knowledge in order to empower them through their journey.  Dr Ingrid enjoys all aspects of General Practice with a special interest in women’s health, contraception and chronic disease management, including weight management.  Dr Ingrid is accredited to insert and remove Implanon and Intrauterine device (Mirena, Kyleena and Copper).

Outside work, Dr Ingrid LOVES her food. Learning to grow it, exploring cooking recipes with her two daughters, and walking the two family dogs constitute most of her family time.

Doctor Sally Clarke

Dr Sally graduated from Flinders University in 2004. She worked in the Emergency Departments at Noarlunga Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre before completing her general practice training. She worked training medical students in general practice for a number of years.
Dr Sally spends one week of the fortnight working in Port Lincoln, looking after patients in the hospital there as well as in general practice. She enjoys the variety of work that her rural work provides.

Dr Sally has a particular interest in women’s health and children’s health, and is accredited to insert and remove Implanon and Intrauterine devices (Mirena and Kyleena). She enjoys providing long term care to patients and sees patients of all ages.

Doctor Stephanie Zissis

Dr Steph graduated with honours from Flinders University in 2005.  She worked in Darwin and Newcastle before returning to Adelaide in 2008 to commence general practice training.

Dr Steph enjoys all aspects of general practice, and is passionate about comprehensive patient centered care.  She has a particular interest in child and youth health, mental health, asthma and diabetes management.

Dr Steph has been an examiner for the RACGP since 2010.

In her time away from work Dr Steph enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, painting and gardening.

Dr Emily graduated from The University of South Australia in 2009 with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy with Honours. She worked as a physio for two years at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital with a specialist interest in pelvic floor physio, before deciding to return to study. Dr Emily attained her Doctor of Medicine with Honours at Flinders University in 2015, completing her intern and resident years at Flinders Medical Centre before completing general practice training.

Dr Emily loves the varied nature of general practice, as well as having the opportunity to form close long term relationships with patients. She is passionate about each individual having their own GP who they know and trust. Dr Emily has a special interest in women’s health and sexual health, having completed a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in  2018, and a Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health. Dr Emily is accredited to insert intrauterine devices (Mirena, Kyleena and copper), and insert and remove Implanon and provide antenatal shared care.

Outside of work her interests include coffee, hiking and ticking items off her travel bucket list.

Dr Jacci attended The University of Adelaide Medical School. After graduating in 2005, she worked at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Women’s and Children’s Hospital before commencing General Practice Training in 2008.

Dr Jacci completed specialist training as a General Practitioner in 2010. She sees patients of all ages, and enjoys being able to form a longitudinal relationship with patients to optimise their health. Her interests in general practice include chronic disease management, preventative care, and women’s health.

Dr Jacci has additional training in skin cancer screening and management.

Dr Jacci has examined for the RACGP and has contributed to case writing for RACGP exams.

When not at work, Dr Jacci enjoys gardening, hiking, and going on adventures with her two dogs.

Hailing from Ireland, Dr Niamh graduated with honours from University College Dublin in 2003. Working both at home and in Australia, she completed her GP training in 2009, settling in Adelaide in 2012.

Dr Niamh enjoys all aspects of General Practice, treating patients of every age. With a focus on collaboration, she likes to empower individuals to make informed choices, promoting self-ownership of health and wellbeing.

Since moving to Australia, Dr Niamh has undertaken further training in dermatology. She is accredited to provide shared antenatal care and insert and remove Implanon.

Outside work, Dr Niamh enjoys walking, jogging, good food and exploring Adelaide’s best playgrounds with her young children.

Dr Jeremy graduated from Flinders University in 2008 and undertook several years of surgical training. He gained experience in trauma, plastic/reconstructive surgery and orthopaedics especially, working throughout Adelaide hospitals and also Alice Springs. Although he found this work fulfilling, the lack of holistic patient care in surgery and the impact on family life drew him to general practice.

Dr Jeremy has a passion for comprehensive, whole family medical care. Dr Jeremy loves seeing patients of all ages – from babies to the elderly. He believes in empowering patients to make informed health decisions and supporting them in the treatment of both acute and chronic disease.

Dr Jeremy has a special interest in men’s health, musculoskeletal/sports injury, skin cancer medicine and chronic disease.

Dr Jeremy is accredited to insert and remove Implanon and is experienced in minor surgical procedures and wound care.

Dr Cheryl is a GP who owns Living Well in the Riverland and has a passion for lifestyle medicine, hypnosis, sports injuries and musculoskeletal medicine.  She enjoys focusing on the individual and supporting them to make small, gradual changes in their lifestyle that have a big impact on their health.   Dr. Wilson wants to provide the assessment, management, care and supports needed for all of us to live our best lives possible. Dr Cheryl grew up in Canada where she completed her Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada prior to graduating from Sheridan College, Oakville, Ontario with the Award of Academic Excellence for her diploma in Sports Injury Management.   Prior to her medical career, she was a Certified Athletic Therapist. She owned Wilson Therapy Services clinic. She was the Head Athletic Therapist at Mount Allison University working with eleven varsity teams as well as managing and practicing in the Sports Therapy Clinic. She was the first female in Canada to work as an Athletic Therapist with a professional Ice Hockey Team.  She moved to Australia where she undertook her medical training.  She is an International Board of Lifestyle Medicine Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician.  She has a Foundation Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and is a Professional member with The Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists.

Dr Lim is a creative, dynamic, proactive GP with a sincere personality and excellent communication skills. He grew up in Singapore and moved to Adelaide where he attended Adelaide University Medical School and graduated in 2009. He started his general practice training in Tumby Bay in 2012 and gained his specialist qualification in 2014. He then stayed on to serve the Tumby Bay community.  In 2018, Dr Lim moved back to Adelaide to undertake advanced training in palliative care.

Dr Lim has also undertaken further training in minor surgical procedures, mental health, dermatology, child health, rural medicine and aesthetic medicine. He enjoys teaching registrars and is an examiner with the RACGP. Dr Lim enjoys seeing patients of all ages to provide comprehensive care.

Outside of work he enjoys chilling with his dog, Donut. He also spends much of his spare time cooking, eating, watching movies, experimental gardening and when possible, traveling.
