COVID Safe update 24/12/2020

To ensure patient safety, as per the SA Health Directive, all staff, patients and visitors are required to check-in using the QR code.

We are happy to consult via Telehealth (phone or video). If you have a face-to-face appointment, please await our call in your car so we can maintain social distancing.

We encourage anyone with cold or flu symptoms, diarrhoea, fever, loss of smell or taste to get a COVID test and isolate at home. Find your closest test site here.

UPDATE ON TELEHEALTH FROM PEAR TREE. As of the 1st of October all TeleHealth consultations will incur a private fee, the same as face-to-face consultations. For all Tele-Health booked online, you will be asked to provide your card details for payment, for appointments booked via phone our friendly receptionists will take your card details for processing post appointment. After your appointment all payments will be processed to medicare and your rebate will come back to you via your nominated bank account (usually within 2-48 hours).

As with previous Tele-Health to be eligible for the Medicare Rebate you MUST have seen a GP face-to-face in the clinic in the previous 12 months, exception of children under 12 months of age. If you do not meet this criteria for TeleHealth, you will incur a full fee, and no Medicare rebate will apply. Any queries call us on 08 7228 5818
